Now is the Time to Buy a Home

You won't believe what we saw yesterday!
Homes, homes, homes for around $200,000.

I never thought I would see the day, but there are homes in and around LA that many people can afford. Each area is different in terms of price and style. But there are deals in every price range. Some areas are even starting to bounce back already.

We saw buyers galore out yesterday with their agents, like we were with our buyers. There is competition: Everyone we saw yesterday was looking for an affordable home in this incredible market in the LA area.

Were they the fanciest homes on the block? No.
Generally speaking, the most expensive home in a neighborhood might not be the best way to go if getting a deal is your motivation.
